Requirements:

A friendly, outgoing person that enjoys protecting and helping others.

Smiling faces!

Be able to build comradery and trust with fellow officers, property owners, tenants, and guests.

Be able to clearly communicate orally and in writing.

Be able to patrol the property (at times being mobile and on your feet for long periods of time).

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Willingness to take ownership of your role and go the extra mile.

Problem solving and analytical skills are a plus.

The ability to work weekends is required.
